We would like to introduce a case of developing a "Pediatric Orthodontic Chart System" at Yokohama Yumirai Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics based on their request. At this hospital, challenges arose such as insufficient input space in paper charts and difficulties in viewing the history of devices chronologically.
